  1. We ask for guidance in our time, but we are answered in His time…it’s an old saying but true. We live and breathe by His will. We work with the gifts He gives us. And we may know our “assignments” at age 13, or it may not be until we are 30, or longer!

All we know is that God will put the sincere and willing to work! We trust in that much and we’ll be fine.

    Thank you for the visit!

  4. Love this! Thanks 🙂 Sometimes I do hear or see God’s voice, and my mind wants to start explaining it away as my imagination, coincidence and so on…and I loved your story and reminder that it doesn’t matter…that all that matters is that when we dillgently seek God, He will be there!

  5. This is so great! Totally speaking to me today. I have no idea what I am doing with my life- seriously. And just asking God to give me a sign and be content. I may start picking up trash now. haha. But seriously, this is encouraging- thanks for sharing. I miss those days when we were all young and live in small town, Florida:)

Love this! I have prayed for a long time about what God wanted me to be doing in my life. I’ve never had a note, but one night at a church service I was having a lot of doubts about God.. so I prayed for a sign. And the next sentence from our pastor’s mouth was “Someone here is just praying for a sign that God still cares and has a plan for them…” As he went into talking about God’s faithfulness to his people I just cried. It was like God saying “Here’s your sign!”, but without the Larry the Cable Guy voice.. lol. Moments like those are the most special.

Love it, too, Tash. JUST within the past half hour I was praying about hearing specifically from the Lord. And watching a lot of Francis Chan talking about answered prayer on youtube. Love and miss you.
