  1. I loved reading this, Tasha. Thanks …and I also miss your grandpa-great man. 🙂

  2. I didn’t get a chance to respond yesterday, but I loved this one so, so much! It is such an amazing thought to think that God finds us and meets with us right where we are. In the middle of our sin and rebellion, He shows up and melts our cold, hard hearts. It is still the goodness of God that leads us to repentance. What an incredible thought! Thank you for reminding me of my God that eats with sinners. By the way, you are leaving an incredible testimony behind! We have never met, but you have helped me more than you’ll ever know! Children or no, you’re leaving a legacy of God’s faithfulness in the midst of overwhelming circumstances to so many hurting women, who will turn and tell others about how God has used your suffering to get glory to Himself. I pray He does the same thing with my life. I love you, my friend!

  5. I know so little about you, Natasha, but I know you live for Jesus Christ and, therefore, are creating an amazing legacy of love for Him and for others–allowing Him to shine bright in your days. Children or no, you are already breathing the Savior into many others.

  6. As always Tash. You touched my heart. I need to keep kleenex handy when reading your blogs. I knew your Grandpa well and loved him too. It is hard to picture him as a non Christian for me as well because I always knew him well when he knew the Lord.
Thanks again for sharing your heart with us.
    Love,
    Delite

  7. Natasha, you have probably reached more children for Jesus than several moms out there. There are even moms that go to church that don’t teach their own kids about God, let alone other kids. You are working for The Lord, and you are doing a good job.

  8. Was that a date when you were home from Brazil? I remember us spending time with Amos then, but didn’t realize you considered that your first date. 🙂

    1. Natasha Metzler says:

Well, duh, Papa. It was dinner. That definitely equals a date.
