Hold Up My Hands
This morning I slept in past my usual Bible Study time. But thankfully, I didn’t miss breakfast and during breakfast we always read Scripture together as a family. We’re in Exodus right now, working our way slowly through the story of Moses and the Israelites being miraculously delivered from Egypt. And today? We read about…
The Great Pirate Escapade
Disclaimer: No actual pirates were harmed in the taking of these photographs. “Mooooom!!” I clumped over toward the house, frustration steaming out of every pour. “Tasha, stop whining,” Mom said as she turned toward me. It was her standard reply so I didn’t worry too much about it. I was dragging Lilly with me. My…
more than watchmen wait for the morning
Some days run hard together and the sun seems to disappear even while it shines bright. Which is why my husband showed up last week, took my hand and said, “Let’s go on a mini-vacation.” We spent the night at a hotel in Old Forge, one that sat right on the water where we could…
Grace Promise

I don’t think I’ve ever read ALL of the Narnia books….I think I stopped somewhere. But I love CS Lewis….such a source of wisdom.
Oh, go back and read them! 🙂 They are so, so good. I cry every time. (of course, I’m all passionate about using parables to explain Biblical truths and C.S. Lewis is a master at that…)
CS Lewis is one of my favorites! I bought the whole set of Narnia Chronicles for my kids and ended up reading them myself! 🙂
I love it! 🙂 I read them as a kid but I get urges every couple years and end up re-reading them…
Love CS Lewis! What a legacy He has left for us… PRAISE GOD! Thanks for sharing Natasha! 🙂 ~ Blessings, Amy
