    Hi Natasha,

I was certainly blessed to come to my forever adoptive family at a much younger age than your two older kiddos. However, there are still things that my Mom would also have to say, “I don’t know” whenever she was asked a question about me when I was REALLY little. I’m so glad that you and Amos
were trying to make the most of your daughter’s “littler” years. I thought it was cool that you saved some of her hair from her first haircuts in your home, and the loss of her “first” tooth in your home as well. I have been learning that God is a God of redemption. Keep savouring those sweet moments.

    God Bless!

  2. Oh, Tasha, my heart aches for you and your daughter and her lost childhood, even while I rejoice with you at the way God is redeeming your pain and her lost childhood. I love your wisdom and creativity in treasuring every shared memory in meaningful, unique ways. May your family (that God is building) and your story together (that God is writing) continue to reveal His glory in wonderful ways you cannot yet imagine! Keep looking to Jesus!

  3. We have these scars in our family too. The few medical records and passport photos are so precious.
