  1. So beautiful, deep, and moving, Tasha! Joining in your prayer: “Oh, Lord, help me be faithful from the sidelines.”

Tasha, I love your writings. This one seemed to vibrate my heart strings. I too have the passion to be thankful for what I have. I have a pet peeve against “bucket lists”. Why , oh why do we always seem to want something we don’t have? To quench our contentment and gratitude with wanting more. I am yearning to be more thankful for not only what I have but also for what I don’t have…those things I’ve been spared from. I don’t know what it’s like to not have a baby. I’ve never had a terminal illness. I don’t know the unfaithfulness of a husband. So many things I’ve been spared that I am eternally grateful for. But I do know grief and a broken heart. I have buried some of the dearest on earth to me. But through all these experiences I have chosen to allow God to use me to walk alongside those He puts in my path. Some, like I once was, simply need to see that someone else has walked their road and survived. Thank you… You are a blessing!

  3. Thanks for this Tasha, I’m struggling to be patient…and this is such a great reminder for me to wait on God. Im going to do my best to be faithful on the sidelines. Thanks for sharing your struggles with us. Praying for you.

  4. Thank you for writing this. I have an enormous lack of faith and needed to hear this today.

    1. I am right there with you, friend! I write this lessons so I can try and remember them. <3
