  2. Love this post. So very true. I find myself ranking my pain against others, and you are right, the outcome isn’t always good.

    Love the second part. It’s comforting to know that absolutely no one, not one.single.person, has it all together with a pain-free life.

    We are all fighting hard battles. And like you say, it’s best to fight them alongside friends.

  3. Great post! I love your point about not ranking pain. “All pain as validity.” I think we can beat ourselves up way too much obsessing about how other people have it worse but then we get stuck in our cognition and don’t really feel the pain and feeling it is what makes it better.
